Paid plans are billed per seat, per month. A seat is one member of your team (an active or invited user). Pick the number of seats when you subscribe and adjust it any time as your team grows or shrinks; changes are prorated.
Each plan includes a set number of phone numbers: Lite includes 0 numbers; Pro Starter includes 1 number; Professional includes 5 numbers; Business includes 10 numbers; Enterprise includes unlimited numbers (fair use).
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional AI credits. Your service won't be interrupted, but additional usage will be charged based on our overage rates.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any changes fairly.
